Rocky Hills Web Design
Rocky Hills Web Design is a web page development and programming company based in Evergreen, Colorado
located in the foothills above Denver, Colorado. I can create a new web site for you or make any changes to your
existing web page. My specialty
is web site database
programming. I typically program in ASP with Access or CGI Perl with MySQL depending on your needs and your
web site platform. I develop all my web pages using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) technology and have experience with many
different types of shopping carts for e-commerce sites.
I can build you a
static web page which I maintain for you or you can choose a
self-maintenance web site. My self-maintenance sites are dynamic
database-driven sites which you yourself maintain through secure easy-to-use customized forms. You can maintain
these sites from anywhere at anytime. Another option for the more computer savvy is to set up Adobe Contribute for your
self-maintenance needs.
When you hire me to develop a new web page, I will register your domain name, develop your site and get your web site hosted
through a reputable company (who are experts in internet security unlike many smaller hosting options). Everything is
taken care of so it will be an easy stress-free process for you.
Since my specialty is web page programming, development and planning, I often leave the
graphical design
(the "look") of your web site
to my graphic designer, who is an amazing designer as well as Flash animation developer. But you'll only work through me
making the process easier for you. If you have your own graphic designer then I'm more than happy to work with them.
I've done that plenty of times too.

Who am I? Well, my name is
Amy Johnson and I've run Rocky Hills Web Design since 2000. I pride myself in being a creative
geek - I can say that now that it is hip to be a geek! I've been programming computers since 1986. I am also a
professional photographer, a wife and mother to two elementary-aged children.
